In June 2024, Broward County Stadium hosted four group stage matches during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, featuring teams like India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and the United States. Now, the stadium is preparing for its next global showdown. From July 31 to August 3, international cricket returns as the West Indies host Pakistan for a fully official three-match T20I series in Lauderhill.

This series marks an official, ICC-sanctioned home matchup for the West Indies, positioning Lauderhill once again as a central hub for international cricket in the United States. For fans from the Caribbean and South Asia living in the U.S., the series offers a rare and powerful opportunity to experience top-tier T20 cricket in person.

Broward Continues to Lead U.S. Cricket’s Global Rise

From July 1 to July 6, 2025, Broward County Stadium hosted Major League Cricket’s 2025 series, drawing thousands of fans for six days of intense matchups and three back-to-back doubleheaders. The week featured global stars like Nicholas Pooran, Andre Russell, Faf du Plessis, Glenn Maxwell, David Warner, and Heinrich Klaasen. West Indies standouts, including Roston Chase, Johnson Charles, and Akeal Hosein, also took the field, bringing added firepower to the tournament and showcasing the region’s growing influence in the T20 world.

Fans showed up in force, waving flags, drumming, and repping their teams in full spirit. The July 4th doubleheader added even more excitement, proving once again that cricket belongs in South Florida. Now, with the West Indies vs. Pakistan match just days away, Broward County continues to lead as a premier destination for international cricket in the United States.

Both teams bring global star power and passionate fan bases to the pitch. Pakistan’s T20 squad features high-impact bowlers and unpredictable batting depth, while the West Indies bring home-field swagger and a reputation for explosive T20 performances.

Each match starts at 8:00 PM local time and takes place under the lights at Broward County Stadium, a venue known for its electric energy, live drumming, and packed stands.
