From College Festivals to Global Tours
Rishi’s journey into entertainment began in 2003, after he graduated from college. He discovered his passion for live events through choreography and festival management.
What started as organizing college fests grew into a professional career as a dancer and choreographer. In 2008, during his first U.S. tour, he met Shri Balaji Entertainment. That meeting launched his 17-year career managing South Asian concerts across North America.

Rishi has toured with some of Bollywood’s most iconic voices. His roster includes Kumar Sanu, Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal, Atif Aslam, Shaan, Mika Singh, Farhan Akhtar, Ayushmann Khurrana, Neha Kakkar, Badshah, Guru Randhawa, and Anirudh.
Working closely with these artists deepened Rishi’s respect for their craft.

Handling live events requires quick thinking. When an emcee missed a flight, Rishi stepped in to host the show himself because taking charge in the moment is exactly what he does best.
“In live events, you must stay calm, think fast, and lead with heart,” he says.
A Choreographer’s Eye, A Manager’s Mind
Before his career in concert management, Rishi built discipline as a dancer and choreographer.
His early experiences taught him the importance of consistency, attention to detail, and giving 100 percent to his craft. These lessons shaped his success as a show director and manager.
“Being a dancer taught me never to take any work for granted. Every detail and responsibility matter,” he says.
Sunidhi Chauhan Tour: A Visual Spectacle Awaits
Next up, Rishi is preparing for an exciting project. The Sunidhi Chauhan North American leg of the “I Am Home Tour” will travel through cities such as Dallas, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., Seattle, Oakland, and Miami. The tour kicks off next month, bringing a powerful ensemble of musicians, dancers, and singers to audiences across the United States and Canada.
The production will feature cutting-edge visuals, high-energy performances, and a full sensory experience. Fans can expect a spectacular celebration of music, dance, and culture that promises to be unforgettable.
A Dream Still in Sight
Rishi’s dreams continue to grow. His ultimate goal is to tour with A.R. Rahman, an artist he admires deeply.
“Maybe someday,” he says. His passion for learning and growing continues to drive him forward.

For those hoping to enter the music industry, Rishi offers valuable advice.
“Your degrees will teach you theory. Real learning comes from working concerts, managing people, and solving real problems. Provide value at every step. Be the hardest worker in the room,” he says.
His career stands as proof that passion, perseverance, and professionalism open the door to incredible opportunities.
