1. Raayan (Tamil) – July 26

With music by the legendary A.R. Rahman, this film follows four siblings navigating a dangerous conflict in North Chennai. 2. Ulajh (Hindi) – August

Janhvi Kapoor headlines an ensemble cast featuring Roshan Mathew, Gulshan Devaiah, Maiyang Chang, and others in this gripping thriller. Kapoor stars as Suhana Bhatia, an IFS officer who becomes ensnared in a perilous conspiracy. 3. Stree 2 (Hindi) – August 1

The long-awaited sequel to the blockbuster hit Stree, Stree 2 reunites an incredible cast including Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, and introduces Tamannaah Bhatia to the ensemble. As the next installment in the Maddock Supernatural Universe—following Bhediya and Munjya—this film promises to deliver another thrilling ride. 4. Thangalaan (Tamil) – August 15

Starring Vikram, Malavika Mohanan, and Parvathy Thiruvothu, Thangalaan is a gripping action film based on the true story of mine workers from the Kolar Gold Fields in Karnataka. Directed by Pa. Ranjith, renowned for his distinctive and gritty style, the film delves into the harsh realities and resilience of these workers. With dynamic music by the talented G.V. 5. Double ISmart (Telugu) – August 15

Ram Pothineni returns for the sequel to the superhit Ismart Shankar, reuniting with the beloved director Puri Jagannadh and producer Charmme Kaur. With the addition of the incredible Sanjay Dutt and Kavya Thapar as the female lead, this science fiction action film is set to be a wild ride. 6. Vedaa (Hindi) – August 15

Starring John Abraham, Sharvari, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Abhishek Banerjee, Vedaa brings to life the true story of a young woman who courageously battles a repressive system. With the guidance of her mentor, played by John Abraham, she embarks on a quest for justice. Directed by Nikkhil Advani, this powerful film is a gripping tale of resilience and empowerment and undoubtedly an anticipated release of the summer.

7. Khel Khel Mein (Hindi) – August 15

Although no trailer has been released yet, this star-studded film already promises a fun and entertaining ride! Featuring an ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Ammy Virk, Pragya Jaiswal, Fardeen Khan, Vaani Kapoor, and more, the movie reportedly revolves around a group of friends who end up revealing secrets about each other during a dinner gathering. With such a talented lineup, audiences can expect a mix of drama, humor, and surprises.

8. Lucky Bhaskar (Telugu) – September 7

Dulquer Salmaan stars alongside Meenakshi Chaudhary in this highly anticipated pan-India film. With captivating music by G.V. Prakash Kumar and directed by Venky Atluri, the story follows an ordinary man who finds himself entangled in the financial underworld, leading to an unexpected rise in wealth and power.
