This year, over 500 performers, both adults and children, will gather in Florida for Diwali Dance Fest. This festival is one of the world’s largest South Asian dance celebrations, hosted at Disney’s Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, and organized by Jashn Productions. It highlights the artistry, diversity, and unity of Indian culture through the lens of Disney magic.

The event began in 2023, featuring over 400 performers, 17 South Asian dance studios, and more than 1,000 onlookers. The Diwali Dance Fest was founded by Jeanie Beri, Director of Jashn Productions, who is also a studio director and performer. Rangeela Dance Company (RDC), one of America’s leading South Asian dance companies, is proud to announce its first-ever performance at Disney World’s Diwali Dance Fest (DDF) 2025, taking place October 9–12, 2025, at Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom in Orlando, Florida.

Rangeela’s performance will include Bollywood, semi-classical, and fusion styles, capturing the joy of Diwali through powerful choreography and heartfelt storytelling. This milestone marks Rangeela’s Disney World debut and will feature 23 dancers, both adults and children, from Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix, Charlotte, and the Bay Area. Together, they will represent the spirit of South Asian artistry on a global stage.

Vora, Founder and Director of Rangeela Dance Company. “To see our dancers light up the Disney stage feels like the perfect embodiment of our mission to honor our roots, nurture creativity across generations, and showcase the beauty of South Asian dance to a global audience.”

Kahini Dance Company

Kahini Dance Company (KDC) is where your feet learn to party. Founded by Kahini Chandriani, this energetic platform allows people to explore dance styles such as Modern Jazz, Hip Hop, Semi-Classical, Folk, Contemporary, and of course, Bollywood. Kahini is a professionally trained dancer in classical and folk styles who has performed at major events such as the IIFA Awards and appeared in Bollywood blockbusters, including Dhoom 2 and Bunty Aur Babli.

Now based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Kahini teaches children and adults how to bring energy and expression to the dance floor for shows and competitions. The children from KDC will showcase their talent on a global stage, performing in both the Diwali Parade at Disney Springs and the main Dance Fest Showcase at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
